Most items
that are part of our on-line store may be returned within 30 days of
purchase for full refund or exchange - items must be unused & in
like new condition (see below for exceptions). Exceptions to above: Smoked light covers may be returned after being used if visibility is a problem. All stripe kits may not be returned, these items are made for you after your order goes thru. All custom vinyl products that are made to customer instructions are non-returnable. Shipping charges are not refunded and customer is responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges or returns. Any items that have mistakes in spelling, wrong numbers, etc. will be replaced at no charge - must be reported within 7 days of receiving order. All items damaged in shipping will be replaced at no charge if customer reports damage within 7 days and provides photos of damage (smart phone photos are fine). If customer enters incorrect address or shipping method we reserve the right to charge your order the difference or cancel your order (example: using standard shipping if you live in Canada, Hawaii or Alaska).
